Important Notice
This Privacy Policy governs how On Par Technology Venture collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you access or use the On Par mobile application on iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the On Par application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application immediately and contact us to request deletion of any data we may have collected.
Applies to: iOS and Android applications.
Overview and Scope
On Par is Egypt’s first purpose-built golf platform, developed and operated by On Par Technology Venture, a company registered in Egypt with offices at Al Amal Axis, Pioneer Plaza, New Capital, Egypt. The On Par application connects golfers, golf club members, and golf course operators through a unified digital platform offering tee time booking, AI-assisted caddying, tournament management, live scoring, handicap tracking, and player profile management.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to personal data collected through the On Par mobile application, available on iOS and Android devices. It does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from within the app, or to golf club operators who access the platform through separate operator agreements.
On Par acts as the data controller responsible for your personal information. Where users access the application from outside Egypt, we apply the higher standard between Egyptian law and the applicable law of that jurisdiction.

5.1 Service Providers
Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Paymob
Payment processing provider. When you make a booking, tournament payment, or subscription payment through On Par, your payment is processed by Paymob. On Par does not receive or store your card details — we receive only a transaction reference, amount, and status from Paymob.

If On Par Technology Venture is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5.5 Legal Disclosure
We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, or other public authorities where we are required to do so, or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of On Par, our users, or the public.

Subscription Records
Retained for 5 years from the date of the last transaction to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. This includes subscription start and end dates, payment history, and billing correspondence.
